Climate Action: Birding 101

Come and join the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation as participants are introduced to a great NYC outdoor activity – birding! This program focuses on teaching the basics of how to use binoculars and how to identify birds based on their field markings. Space is limited to 30 attendees. This program is funded by the Newtown Creek Environmental Benefit Fund and the NY State Department of Environmental Conservation. Additionally, it is administered by City Parks Foundation.
