English: Staff from the Mayor's Office of Immigrant Affairs will be onsite to help renew or apply for IDNYC. To renew your IDNYC card: 1. Bring your expired IDNYC card or a picture on your cellphone. 2. Provide proof of changed address (ex: bill). * A new IDNYC card will be sent to your home within 15 days to a month * For first timers, you will need to: 1. Bring Picture ID or Passport 2. Provide Proof of Address After making the appointment, you will need to go in person to the IDNYC center. If you have any questions about immigration, help in your language is available.
